INSURANCE FOR MOTOR TRADE BUSINESSES
‘Motor Trade’ is a very general term used by insurers to cover a range of businesses that deal with road vehicles, including manufacture, sale and maintenance. FSB Insurance Service has teamed up with specialist motor trade insurance brokers, Oyster Risk Solutions, to bring you competitive motor trade insurance with enhancements for FSB members who operate from a business premises.

- A risk survey covering processes and security which can help minimise the risk of a claim and can reduce your premium
- A full, zero-based Insurance review of your business’ needs
Very few motor trade insurance policies will be able to provide an inventory valuation, or interest free payments, many also no longer do face-to-face visits – Oyster will visit you and conduct a free risk survey of the premises. Oyster are also Chartered Insurance Brokers – one of only 145 in the UK (as of June 2019).
As motor trade is a broad term that can apply to many types of business, we’d like to specify that Oyster are only able to help businesses that are premises-based at present.
